This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Reach out to potential clients via telephone calls

• Present loans, credits, and other financial products from Alfin Banco

• Assess client needs and provide corresponding financial alternatives

• Follow up with interested clients to enhance conversion rates and close sales

• Engage in remote induction and training sessions

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a Call Center

• Experience in the financial sector, insurance, or credit cards

• Positions available for Lima and provinces

• Own a PC or Laptop

• Operating system: Windows 10/11

• Processor: Core i3 of 5th generation or equivalent and above

• At least 8 GB of RAM

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps

• USB headphones

• Camera must be on during training

• Identity affidavit required

• Completed secondary education

• Availability to work full time

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• Unlimited commissions

• Retention bonus of S/ 100, contingent on perfect attendance (S/ 50 for the first month and S/ 50 for the second month)

• Training payment totaling S/ 40
