This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Contact clients from other operators to switch to Claro.

• Participate in the mobile portability campaign.

• Adhere to a fixed schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a call center.

• Strong communication skills and commercial aptitude.

• Availability for remote training from 9 AM to 5 PM.

• Must have the necessary tools to work from home.

• Computer with at least a Core i3 of 10th generation or newer.

• Minimum of 8GB RAM.

• Operating system Windows 10-11.

• Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps.
