This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Facilitate telehealth sessions utilizing the platform.
β’ Conduct thorough patient evaluations and aid in crafting treatment plans.
β’ Build meaningful relationships with clients.
β’ Offer customized care that addresses the specific needs of each patient.
β’ Engage in supervisory hours as required.
β’ Provide 20 or more sessions weekly.
β’ Must be a resident of California.
β’ Proficient in using computers and video conferencing tools.
β’ Completion of a master's-level degree program is essential.
β’ Possession of a board-approved Associate's License in Marriage & Family Therapy or Clinical Social Work.
β’ Ability to conduct telehealth sessions is necessary.
β’ Capable of delivering 20 or more sessions weekly.
β’ Previous experience in telehealth is advantageous, but not mandatory.
β’ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, though not required.
β’ Pay-per-encounter W2 employment structure.
β’ Flexible scheduling options available.
β’ Stability in caseload management.
β’ Malpractice coverage provided by the company.
β’ Extensive online software and technology assistance.
β’ Support for clinical guidance and supervision.
β’ A collaborative community environment.
β’ Clients are typically assigned within two weeks of the start date.
β’ The employer manages client acquisition, billing, and operational responsibilities.
β’ No extra paperwork or administrative duties for Medi-Cal and Commercial clients.
