This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Administer, facilitate, and instruct classes consisting of approximately 14–25 online graduate students pursuing degrees in Marriage & Family Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

• Engage with students on a daily basis through online platforms.

• Execute administrative responsibilities, assess student performance, lead interactive discussions, and foster relationships under the guidance of Online Instructional Mentors.

• Deliver the approved curriculum according to the assigned timetable.

• Support students in reaching their educational goals and learning outcomes.

• Provide consistent and timely feedback to students.

• Counsel students regarding their academic progress, attendance, and behavior.

• Encourage student involvement in the learning process.

• Maintain and report student grades and attendance in accordance with university policies.

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy or a related discipline.

• Professional licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Understanding of the field along with the application of contemporary marriage and family therapy practices.

• Prior experience with online learning management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with faith integration and biblical principles.

• AAMFT Approved Supervisor status (preferred).

• Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from a COAMFTE-accredited program (preferred).

• Experience in higher education teaching, particularly in an online setting.

• Strong professional identity as a Marriage and Family Therapist, evidenced by advanced credentials, certifications, presentations, publications, and contributions to the profession.

• Experience utilizing the Canvas learning management system.
