Child and Adolescent Therapist – Intake & Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Facilitate telehealth intake sessions for youth aged 2–26

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based methodologies

• Create personalized care plans and link patients to suitable treatment options

• Deliver continuous individual evidence-based therapy

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with patients and their families

• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary

• Collaborate with clinicians, healthcare providers, families, and external specialists

• Engage in optional weekly clinical consultations

• Ensure meticulous intake documentation, ongoing records, and patient files

• Educate and guide family members throughout the care process

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in New Jersey

• At least 1 year of experience with child and adolescent patients

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telehealth or virtual environment

• Proficiency in evidence-based assessment and therapeutic techniques

• Experience in providing psychotherapy across various developmental stages and neurodiverse groups

• Comfortable with Google Suite, Electronic Medical Records systems, and other virtual platforms

• Must demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to reschedule patients when necessary
