Child and Adolescent Therapist – Intake & Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth intake sessions on an individual basis for youth between the ages of 2 and 26.

• Provide ongoing, evidence-based therapy tailored to individual needs.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.

• Create personalized care plans and modify treatment strategies based on the progress of the patient.

• Collaborate effectively with clinicians, medical professionals, families, and external specialists.

• Engage in optional weekly clinical consultations.

• Keep comprehensive intake documentation and maintain patient records.

• Guide and inform families regarding therapeutic methods and care options.

• Aid in the implementation of coordinated, holistic treatment plans for children.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or hold a PsyD/PhD in Pennsylvania.

• At least 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telehealth or virtual environment.

• Proficiency in using evidence-based assessment tools and therapeutic practices.

• Competent in conducting clinical assessments and providing psychotherapy to diverse developmental stages and neurodiverse populations.

• Comfortable with Google Suite, Electronic Medical Records systems, and other virtual platforms.

• Must demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to reschedule appointments as necessary.
