Telco Network Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the overall performance and reliability of Holafly’s global core mobile network.

• Develop and implement the network quality strategy across more than 200 global destinations.

• Set industry-leading benchmarks for network performance.

• Deploy advanced monitoring systems for GTP, LTE, and 5G metrics.

• Actively prevent service degradation prior to affecting users.

• Work alongside Strategy teams to incorporate AI-driven diagnostics and self-healing infrastructure.

• Perform technical audits on international MNO, MVNE, and IPX interconnections.

• Ensure that partners comply with core Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Convert signaling telemetry into actionable technical priorities.

• Mentor and lead a high-performing operations team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in mobile network architecture within MNO, MVNO, or MVNE settings.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

• Extensive knowledge of core network technologies including EPC and 5GC architectures, such as MME, PGW, AMF, and UPF.

• Familiarity with roaming protocols like S6a, GTP-C/U, and Diameter.

• Practical expertise in capacity engineering and telemetry analysis tools such as Wireshark, Prometheus, or Grafana.

• Proven experience with virtualized core platforms and cloud-native mobile ecosystem implementations.

• Exceptional skills in technical communication.

• Preferred: hands-on experience with eSIM architecture, GSMA RSP standards, or SM-DP+.

• Preferred: cloud deployment experience with Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP.

• Professional proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
