Técnico de Automóveis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality service to the client portfolio in fleet management.

• Communicate via email and/or phone with workshops.

• Prepare estimates when necessary.

• Compare estimates provided by the workshops.

• Consult references and repair times.

• Offer mechanical advice regarding received inquiries.

• Guide clients to the geographical locations of the workshops.

• Conduct checks and maintain records in the vehicle database.

• Manage the fleet of vehicles.

• Utilize various manufacturer programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher Professional Technical Course in Automotive or Mechatronics/Electromechanics Automotive.

• Previous experience of 2 years in the automotive sector.

• Experience in fleet management.

• Advanced Portuguese: C1/C2.

• Good knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
