Technology Component Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning of component deliveries across various technology workstreams.

• Manage dependencies, risks, governance, resources, and provide reporting.

• Maintain comprehensive integrated plans, RAID logs, and governance documents.

• Collaborate with component leads and relevant business and technical stakeholders.

• Monitor budget, milestones, dependencies, and risks effectively.

• Deliver clear status updates, escalate issues, and support decision-making processes.

• Facilitate timely delivery decisions through precise and consistent reporting.

• Coordinate delivery efforts across a vital technology capability within a significant life and pensions organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust experience in technology delivery management, program coordination, or project controls within financial services or regulated settings.

• Proven track record in managing integrated plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and governance reporting.

• Capability to coordinate a variety of stakeholders from both business and technology teams.

• Experience in supporting delivery assurance, escalation processes, and decision-making.

• Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Proficiency in navigating complex, multi-workstream environments.

• Confident in managing competing priorities and delivery risks.

• Comfortable operating within a structured governance framework.

• Availability through January 2027.
