Technology Component Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning of component deliveries among various technology workstreams

• Handle dependencies, risks, governance, resources, and reporting effectively

• Maintain consolidated plans, RAID logs, and governance documentation

• Collaborate with component leads and pertinent business and technical contributors

• Monitor budget, milestones, dependencies, and risks systematically

• Deliver clear status updates, escalation support, and decision-making assistance

• Facilitate timely delivery decisions through precise and consistent reporting

• Manage delivery across a vital technology capability within a large life and pensions organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in technology delivery management, programme coordination, or project controls within financial services or a regulated setting

• Proficient in managing integrated plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and governance reporting

• Capable of coordinating various stakeholders across business and technology teams

• Experienced in supporting delivery assurance, escalation processes, and decision-making

• Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication

• Competent in navigating complex, multi-workstream environments

• Skilled in managing competing priorities and delivery risks

• Comfortable working within a structured governance framework

• Available until January 2027
