📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Information Technology team to design and analyze business processes, enhancing understanding necessary for process automation.

• Assist in defining and developing software architecture for systems, playing a key role in technical and architectural decisions.

• Offer support for critical technical decisions regarding project implementations.

• Evaluate the technical feasibility of solutions while identifying, analyzing, and mitigating technical risks.

• Engage in risk analysis and the formulation of technical decisions, taking into account their implications for projects and the business.

• Oversee and approve the planning and implementation of various integration elements.

• Create and test software components in accordance with established project standards, aiming for their integration with more complex subsystems.

• Assist in the evaluation and development of test components and strategies.

• Actively monitor and establish parameters and configurations for utilizing commercial software within corporate settings.

• Provide technical opinions within your area of expertise, aiding teams in making informed technical and business decisions.

• Deliver advanced support for operating systems and investigate issues related to technology environments.

• Review application performance across various environments, pinpointing opportunities for enhancements and potential performance challenges.

• Contribute to information security efforts, helping to safeguard environments and systems.

• Guide the establishment of technology architectures and solutions that align with business requirements.

• Assist in selecting the most suitable technologies for each development initiative, factoring in both technical and business needs.

• Work proactively, collaboratively, and independently, playing a significant role in decision-making and problem-solving within highly complex environments, especially in the banking sector.

• Comprehensive knowledge and documented experience in the relevant area of expertise.

• Background in Information Technology and familiarity with business processes.

• Understanding of environments and systems pertinent to the banking sector, including their complexities.

• Proficiency in software architecture and defining technology architecture.

• Experience in analyzing business processes and integrating them with Information Technology solutions.

• Knowledge of software component development, integration, and testing practices.

• Experience with technical risk analysis, feasibility assessments, and solution formulation.

• Familiarity with operating systems and advanced support techniques.

• Knowledge of performance analysis for applications and technology environments.

• Understanding of information security principles.

• Capacity to assist in choosing the most suitable technologies for projects and development initiatives.

• Ability to provide technical opinions and support technical and business decision-making.

• Proactive attitude and capability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Strong self-management skills, decision-making capabilities, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity, precision, and ease of understanding.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a degree in any discipline with a postgraduate certificate in Information Technology (minimum 360 hours of coursework).

• Documented experience in highly complex projects within the banking sector (preferred).

• Experience in defining and evolving software architectures and technology solutions (preferred).

• Proven ability to integrate large-scale systems, components, and subsystems (preferred).

• Familiarity with information security and technical risk management (preferred).

• Experience in analyzing and optimizing application performance across different environments (preferred).

• Knowledge of commercial software, including parameter and configuration definitions (preferred).

• Experience in evaluating and selecting technologies for new development initiatives (preferred).

• Capability to serve as an intermediary between business and Information Technology teams (preferred).

• Experience in preparing technical opinions to support decision-making processes (preferred).

• Experience in corporate environments that necessitate high autonomy, proactivity, and decision-making skills (preferred).
