Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Employ specialized cleaning tools and solutions to cleanse and rejuvenate tile and grout surfaces.

• Implement color sealing on grout lines.

• Perform minor repairs on cracked or damaged tiles and grout.

• Evaluate the state of tiled surfaces and offer restoration or maintenance suggestions.

• Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner.

• Respond to client inquiries or concerns to ensure their satisfaction.

• Properly maintain and care for cleaning equipment.
