Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled and on-demand maintenance on building systems such as lighting, plumbing, HVAC components, doors, locks, ceilings, and minor electrical fixtures in accordance with Chanel’s requests and accompany vendors.

• Execute assigned tasks safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality standards as instructed by the Senior Technician.

• Utilize the HOST system or paper logs to document the work completed, parts utilized, and time invested.

• Adhere to safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with lockout/tagout, ladder safety, and chemical handling procedures.

• Immediately report unsafe conditions, near misses, or incidents to the Senior Technician.

• Use hand and power tools correctly and ensure they are returned clean and in good condition.

• Request parts, supplies, or equipment through the Senior Technician when necessary.

• Elevate client concerns or special requests to the LM/Engineering Manager.

• Assist fellow technicians during peak periods or complex tasks.

• Engage in team briefings and follow instructions clearly and consistently.

• Attend JLL training sessions and remain informed about site-specific procedures, equipment locations, and emergency protocols.

• Provide support for events, including furniture arrangements.
