First-Line Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on both mechanical and electrical equipment systems.

• Evaluate equipment and suggest enhancements to improve availability, capacity, and performance.

• Perform analyses of equipment failures, including both preventive and unscheduled maintenance.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

• Create technical reports detailing modifications and maintenance procedures.

• Offer customer service and support during field visits or dispatches.

• Connect workflow with the schedule.

• Oversee on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing activities.

• Identify technical errors or issues and determine suitable solutions.

• Generate timely and comprehensive service reports.

• Operate the vehicle safely and utilize field automation systems.

• Adhere to company procedures and protocols.

• Collaborate with the technical team and share information throughout the organization.

• Comprehend customer needs and deliver appropriate recommendations and communications.

• Foster positive relationships with customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated field service experience.

• Competence in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining technical equipment.

• Proficiency in English.

• Native Portuguese speaker.

• Valid motorcycle and car driving licenses.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to changing work hours.

• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.

• Technical diploma or certification.
