Apprentice Commercial Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical and commercial visits with key retail (GMS) clients.

• Execute maintenance, diagnostics, and equipment replacement.

• Perform hygiene audits and conduct on-site analyses.

• Recognize customer needs and opportunities to broaden the product offerings.

• Suggest customized solutions and assist in their implementation.

• Contribute to customer engagement and satisfaction.

• Gradually enhance technical and commercial skills under the mentorship of an experienced manager.

• Engage in recruitment interviews and participate in a practical field assessment as part of the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• BTS or bachelor's-level work-study program in technical sales, maintenance, systems, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.

• A valid Category B driver's license is mandatory.

• Willingness to work in the field and travel to various customer locations.

• Strong motivation and a desire to learn.

• A strong inclination towards hands-on, practical work.

• Curiosity and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work autonomously and exhibit resourcefulness.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Technical expertise in maintenance or electrical engineering is advantageous.

• Interest in customer relationship management is a plus.

• Frequent travel is necessary.

• Overnight travel may be required in the future.
