This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide expert knowledge in data analysis, model creation, visualization, and the development of Government-maintainable analytical tools.

• Assist in data collection and validation, quantitative analysis, staffing and workload models, scenario and sensitivity testing, dashboards, decision-making tools, and implementation artifacts within Judicial Facility Security Program assessments.

• Collaborate with workforce, process, governance, and security subject matter experts to convert validated findings into practical analytical products.

• Document data sources, assumptions, calculation logic, limitations, and procedures for updates.

• Facilitate testing, user guidance, and knowledge transfer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Must undergo and successfully complete a background investigation.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analysis, analytical model development, data visualization, and the creation of government-maintainable analytical tools.

• Ability to assist in data collection and validation.

• Experience in conducting quantitative analysis.

• Proven experience in developing staffing and workload models.

• Experience in performing scenario and sensitivity testing.

• Proficient in building dashboards, decision support tools, and implementation artifacts.

• Strong background in collaborating with workforce, process, governance, and security subject matter experts.

• Ability to document data sources, assumptions, calculation logic, model limitations, and procedures for updates.

• Capability to support testing, user guidance, and knowledge transfer to government personnel.

• Experience supporting a Federal Government Agency is preferred.

• Previous experience in Law Enforcement/Judiciary is preferred.
