• Develop, edit, and oversee guides, technical manuals, release notes, online help, and various documentation for healthcare products.

• Ensure all documentation is clear and succinct.

• Revise documentation to incorporate new product features, updates, and modifications.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Utilize MadCap Flare for the creation and management of documentation projects.

• Maintain consistency in the application of styles, templates, and formatting.

• Establish and oversee documentation version-control processes.

• Track modifications and preserve documentation history for reference and audit purposes.

• Assess and edit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.

• Conduct usability testing to ensure documentation fulfills user requirements.

• Stay informed about trends and best practices in technical writing and the healthcare industry.

• Suggest and implement enhancements to documentation processes and tools.

• A Bachelor's degree in management, computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Capability to work independently on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
