Technical Training Specialist – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as Fieldpiece's main technical training representative in the DACH region.

• Create, enhance, and consistently refine technical training materials, presentations, curricula, and supporting documentation.

• Provide technical product and application training to distributors, training facilities, contractors, and industry experts.

• Foster and enhance relationships with current Fieldpiece training centers.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners for training centers.

• Develop and sustain the Fieldpiece Training Ambassador network.

• Offer technical training assistance to internal sales teams and distributor partners.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure training initiatives align with business goals.

• Participate in trade shows, customer events, demonstrations, and industry activities.

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of HVAC/R applications, industry developments, and Fieldpiece solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Familiarity with HVACR equipment, tools, and/or services.

• Over 2 years of experience in creating technical training content, curricula, presentations, and educational materials.

• More than 3 years of experience in delivering technical training, classroom instruction, workshops, or presentations to professional audiences.

• Strong technical understanding with the capacity to simplify complex concepts into accessible learning experiences.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.

• Capability to cultivate trusted relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

• Robust organizational and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software.

• Fluent in English and German.

• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with distributors, manufacturers, technical schools, or training organizations.

• Preferred: experience in conducting hands-on product demonstrations and application-oriented training.

• Preferred: knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

• Preferred: experience in developing digital, video, or online learning content.
