This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Oversee, design, and implement training curriculum for both new hires and current customer-facing staff.
• Create, execute, and facilitate educational programs encompassing clinical data, promotional content, marketing, business acumen, sales techniques, and account management.
• Produce high-quality training materials in collaboration with internal teams or external partners, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
• Direct strategic initiatives that support the field sales team, including product launches, marketing initiatives, indication introductions, and positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Clinical, Medical, HR, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to incorporate cross-functional feedback into training.
• Develop asynchronous home-study and synchronous live classroom learning experiences.
• Utilize the ADDIE methodology across CooperCollege learning, product certification, and ongoing education programs.
• Submit training materials for approval in Veeva and refresh content prior to expiration.
• Work alongside Marketing to assist in the execution of marketing strategies.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve sales objectives and foster year-over-year growth.
• Lead and mentor the Certified Regional Trainer team, which includes conducting monthly meetings and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Set learning objectives and assess training effectiveness, adjusting programs as necessary.
• Provide support for international training as required.
• Carry out Management by Objectives (MBOs) that align with business cases and annual goals.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
• A minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent experience in learning and development, medical or pharmaceutical sales, particularly in women’s health and buy & bill products.
• Demonstrated understanding of sales techniques, adult learning principles, and knowledge of disease states.
• Quick adaptability to new disease states and product information.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 50%; occasional nights, weekends, and overnight travel may be necessary.
• Potential for occasional international travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong communication abilities in both live and virtual environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, platform, and facilitation capabilities.
• Must be capable of performing all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• A designated home office space is required.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs of equipment or models.
• Must be able to stand for 4-hour presentations, as well as sit and bend knees for product demonstrations.
