Corporate Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Educate and empower employees on proprietary technology, covering features, functionalities, and mortgage process applications.

• Conduct and facilitate live training sessions for groups ranging from 20 to 200 participants.

• Assist newly recruited mortgage loan officers during their transition from training to active roles.

• Create, revise, and sustain training materials, job aids, reference guides, FAQs, and other resources for the lending department.

• Produce 3–6 minute video training resources that showcase system functionalities.

• Oversee ServiceNow tickets and manage the training inbox.

• Resolve technology and system-related issues while addressing inquiries from loan officers.

• Collaborate with VPs, stakeholders, and business partners regarding loan-level inquiries, process clarifications, feedback, and enhancements to user experience.

• Handle incoming support requests related to systems, workflows, lending processes, and technology adoption.

• Offer assistance through email, chat, and personalized support.

• Lead training classes and coaching sessions.

• Aid in the development of training communications, release announcements, and technological updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in mortgage lending or comparable experience in mortgage lending, learning & development, or training facilitation.

• Ongoing mortgage expertise, including staying current with technology and process advancements while aligning with industry trends.

• Demonstrated experience in public speaking and presenting to groups.

• Capability to articulate complex information clearly and efficiently.

• Comprehensive understanding of operations, products, and processes.

• Experience in creating and updating customized training materials using adult learning principles.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

• Positive outlook toward organizational changes.

• Prior video editing experience with platforms such as Canva, Bom Bom, or similar services is advantageous.
