Technical Training Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and deliver technical training programs for external clients focusing on Honeywell Home heating and hydronic products, applications, systems, and industry standards.

• Stay informed on new HVAC and hydronic products that may influence Resideo’s capabilities and business prospects.

• Create and present training sessions across the Resideo product line, including potable water systems.

• Identify new areas for training development that align with sales and industry trends.

• Engage in new product testing, evaluations, and launches.

• Offer technical support and guidance to sales teams and internal technical staff.

• Provide on-site technical assistance as an escalation resource for installations.

• Collaborate with sales to conduct regional product and industry training events.

• Advocate for the Resideo Academy in the region to foster growth and engagement.

• Establish a network of colleges and schools for partnerships in technical training.

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time.

• Committed to understanding customer training objectives and implementing strategies to achieve those goals.

• Proven experience in effectively delivering technical training in classroom and webinar settings to industry professionals, preferably in HVAC systems.

• Ability to create technical training content using the latest technologies, including video and interactive media across various platforms suited to the audience and objectives.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with various levels of stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

• Must be fully fluent and proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on detail.

• Adept in IT, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with remote team members across functions.

• Enthusiastic and driven.

• Experience in heating and boiler installations.

• Preferably has experience in customer support or business development.

• Understanding of Honeywell Home heating controls.

• Knowledge and experience with Smart Home technologies.

• Familiarity or technical understanding of potable water systems, regulations, and installations.
