This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning programs tailored to meet business and employee development needs.

• Assist in the development and launch of Lakeside’s front-line leadership development initiative, which includes curriculum, tools, facilitator resources, and follow-up learning.

• Manage the functional administration of the Dayforce Performance module, overseeing review cycles, workflows, reporting, troubleshooting, testing, and training.

• Oversee learning content within Absorb, including courses, assignments, learning paths, reporting, and content upkeep.

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and develop effective learning and performance solutions.

• Support initiatives related to career development, career pathing, succession planning, engagement survey activities, and other talent development efforts.

• Lead training sessions and develop practical tools, job aids, and resources that enable employees and leaders to apply learning effectively in their roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience in designing and developing training programs and educational materials.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, project management, and relationship-building abilities.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and HR technology; experience with Absorb or Dayforce is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, Business, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

• Experience in supporting a manufacturing, multi-site, or frontline workforce is a plus.
