This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the evolution of learning and development throughout the Company.
• Construct and expand a contemporary learning ecosystem that enhances customer care, operational excellence, and the team member experience.
• Manage enterprise onboarding, clinical and operational training, learning technologies, instructional design, and field training delivery across all markets.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for LMS, instructional design, EMR training, and market-based training delivery.
• Formulate and implement a company-wide learning strategy that aligns with growth objectives, business goals, and patient experience aspirations.
• Develop scalable asynchronous learning and learning pathways for both hard and soft skill enhancement.
• Set up learning standards, governance, KPIs, measurement, and effectiveness frameworks.
• Innovate learning through instructional design, AI-driven tools, adaptive learning, simulations, microlearning, and digital platforms.
• Act as the executive owner of the learning technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Talent Management, Compliance, Security, and Joint Venture teams.
• Assess, implement, optimize, and govern learning technologies and AI-enhanced learning solutions.
• Propel automation and process enhancements within the learning ecosystem.
• Design and supervise enterprise onboarding, certification, and competency-based development initiatives.
• Oversee learning programs for clinical, operational, support, leadership, and market teams.
• Create leadership development pathways that support succession planning and internal mobility.
• Assess learning effectiveness using workforce and learning analytics, and convey insights to executive leadership.
• Direct Clinical Learning, Learning Solutions, Provider Learning, EMR Training, Learning Technology, Instructional Design, School Programs, and Market Training.
• Provide strategic leadership, coaching, performance management, and professional development.
• Develop and oversee the annual Learning & Development budget.
• Assess, select, and manage vendors, consultants, and technology providers.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor the utilization, effectiveness, and ROI of learning programs and platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Instructional Design, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Workforce Enablement.
• 5+ years of experience managing managers and large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven track record in developing and executing enterprise-wide learning and development strategies.
• Experience in leading large-scale learning transformations, workforce capability, or organizational change initiatives.
• Proficient in utilizing learning analytics and business performance data to assess and enhance organizational outcomes.
• Experience in managing significant learning budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
• Extensive expertise in learning technology, LMS administration, learning analytics, and digital learning platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise learning platforms such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Docebo, or similar LMS solutions.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and performance consulting.
• Experience in creating scalable onboarding and workforce development programs.
• Demonstrated capability to lead transformation and organizational change initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect learning outcomes to operational performance.
• Strong executive presence, capable of influencing senior leaders and driving organizational alignment.
• Expertise in leadership development, succession planning, talent acceleration, and workforce capability development.
• Experience in establishing skills-based learning and career development frameworks.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate the ROI of learning investments.
• Profound knowledge of organizational change management principles and adoption strategies.
• Understanding of generative AI applications in learning design, content creation, coaching, knowledge management, and performance support.
• Capability to establish governance, effectiveness measures, and responsible use practices for AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Ability to translate business strategy into workforce capability and development plans.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials, supplies, and equipment weighing up to 15 lbs.
• Willingness to travel between Company locations and to out-of-town destinations as required, up to 15%.
