SAP Organizational Change Manager, Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate stakeholder requirements, process modifications, organizational effects, and preparedness for SAP releases.

• Formulate change management, communication, engagement, and training strategies in alignment with project timelines.

• Develop training materials tailored to specific roles, along with job aids, demonstrations, and accessible learning resources.

• Conduct virtual training sessions and workshops, equipping designated client personnel to assist other users.

• Gather feedback, evaluate learning results, and monitor adoption metrics to determine support requirements.

• Manage overall readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum of five years of experience with the SAP platform.

• At least ten years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in supporting federal government initiatives.

• Proven track record in leading change management and training efforts for SAP implementations or upgrades.

• Excellent skills in facilitation, instructional design, stakeholder communication, and delivering virtual training.

• Preferred experience with SAP Student Lifecycle Management (SLcM) and Federal Department of War (DOW) programs.

• Eligibility for Secret Clearance.
