This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Manage the candidate selection process by identifying and evaluating applicants, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Establish and nurture a robust candidate network through market analysis and ongoing bench management.
• Anticipate client requirements and hiring manager preferences by achieving strong ratios of submissions to interviews and interviews to offers.
• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.
• Present high-quality talent for available positions and effectively address objections during the hiring process.
• Advise hiring managers and clients on final candidate selections, compensation packages, and recruitment methodologies.
• Foster and maintain solid relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure that weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are met.
• Update and manage applicant tracking system data, reports, and all related administrative documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully handle all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive candidate sourcing, advanced internet research, and negotiating and closing candidates, all while achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics-focused, and deadline-oriented recruiting environment.
• Proven capability to surpass performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback for achieving desired results.
• Confidence in communicating the recruiting pipeline to various stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.
• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and directions.
• Active involvement in a recruiting team and a contribution to open collaboration.
• Proficiency with computers, including intermediate skills in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a solid presence on social media platforms.
