This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Act as the main technical liaison and representative for the company in the UK & Ireland region.
• Travel to client locations to unpack, set up, commission, and calibrate 3D printing systems.
• Provide structured on-site training for both new and existing clients on machine operation, software usage, and basic maintenance procedures.
• Conduct live demonstrations of products.
• Quickly respond to customer downtime and carry out urgent repairs.
• Perform annual preventative maintenance visits within a 90-day target period.
• Troubleshoot electromechanical issues and achieve resolutions in a single visit.
• Carry out a high volume of field service activities.
• Independently coordinate flights, trains, hotels, rental cars, and manage expenses.
• Keep installation, training, and repair records updated in Salesforce.
• Preference for candidates based in London, Manchester, or Dublin due to connectivity to hubs.
• Willingness to travel over 80% of the time.
• Strong technical background in electromechanical hardware.
• Capability to instruct others in the use of technical equipment.
• Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level).
• A valid driver's license (B) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in German or French is considered an advantageous skill.
• A strong interest in 3D printing and emerging technologies is a plus.
