This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
β’ Deliver technical, client, and business line support for the Americas region and global business line.
β’ Assist with technical services, strategy, new product innovation, global processes, capacity planning, and technical governance.
β’ Identify opportunities for new products and revenue through service expansion, development of new services, and customer inquiries.
β’ Oversee, develop, and manage the technical aspects of regulatory-related services for clients in the Americas region.
β’ Offer technical insights, interpretations, and recommendations to clients and colleagues.
β’ Enhance and maintain internal quality systems and technical service processes.
β’ Address technical inquiries received through the Tech Inquiry Mailbox.
β’ Create and refine SOPs, methods, work instructions, and standard interpretation practices.
β’ Plan and deliver technical training sessions within the Americas region.
β’ Align client needs and expectations with Bureau Veritas testing offerings.
β’ Track customer inquiries and recognize potential service opportunities.
β’ Stay updated on regulatory and industry-standard changes and revise or create testing methodologies accordingly.
β’ Resolve technical challenges across the region, collaborating internally and with clients.
β’ Engage in global processes and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
β’ Enhance client satisfaction alongside Lab Managers/Directors and Business Development teams.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in customer service and/or direct customer engagement.
β’ 2-3 years of pertinent experience in the assigned service line or a related discipline is required.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of relevant areas of expertise, concepts, processes, and equipment.
β’ Proficiency in interpreting regulations and standards.
β’ Strong mathematical skills and familiarity with statistical procedures.
β’ Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, and statistical software packages.
β’ Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and equipment is advantageous.
β’ Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the capability to deliver presentations effectively.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time within the USA, with limited international travel.
β’ An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in place of the aforementioned qualifications.
