This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leaders to establish and implement sourcing strategies for Engineering, Product, and Design positions
β’ Conduct intake discussions to grasp technical requirements, define target candidate profiles, and establish sourcing objectives and timelines
β’ Identify and engage with passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, open-source communities, technical forums, portfolios, conferences, and other relevant channels
β’ Craft personalized outreach messages and continuously test and optimize messaging strategies
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for early-stage candidates, delivering a responsive and high-touch experience
β’ Develop and sustain talent pipelines and candidate pools
β’ Broaden sourcing efforts and create diverse slates of qualified candidates
β’ Monitor and report on pipeline health and funnel metrics, utilizing data to enhance sourcing practices
β’ Enhance sourcing and early-stage processes by identifying bottlenecks, experimenting with new approaches, and sharing best practices
β’ Ensure accurate candidate data and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system
β’ Commit to working 20 hours per week in this part-time contract position
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing for technical roles, with a focus on Engineering; experience in Product and/or Design is a plus
β’ Strong knowledge of the technical landscape, including roles, technology stacks, and levels
β’ Practical experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, technical communities, and forums
β’ Familiarity with an applicant tracking system; experience with Ashby is highly preferred
β’ Proven success in developing creative, data-driven sourcing strategies that build a consistent and diverse candidate pipeline
β’ Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to craft outreach messages that elicit responses from passive candidates
β’ Capacity to collaborate with recruiters and senior technical stakeholders, influencing hiring strategies
β’ Strong organizational and prioritization abilities; adept at managing multiple searches simultaneously
β’ Willingness to adapt, learn swiftly, and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
β’ Genuine passion for the creator economy
β’ Availability to work in-office 3 days a week if located in New York or San Francisco
β’ Work authorization sponsorship inquiry for the United States is included in the application
