Technical Recruiter, India

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete sourcing and outbound recruitment process for software engineering and technical positions based in the U.S.

• Create and execute cold email and cold-calling initiatives to establish a pool of qualified candidates.

• Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools to locate, enhance, and prioritize candidate lists.

• Oversee candidate interactions, which include outreach, screenings, scheduling, and updating the recruitment pipeline.

• Collaborate with the hiring team to fine-tune sourcing criteria based on the quality of candidates and market insights.

• Provide support to a U.S. hiring team during late hours in India, from Monday to Saturday.

• Complete a brief take-home sourcing task and, if successful, participate in a one-week paid trial using live job requisitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of comprehensive recruiting experience within a rapidly growing, U.S.-based startup (from seed to Series B).

• Startup experience must originate from a product-focused company such as SaaS, AI agents, or enterprise software; e-commerce and non-product firms are not eligible.

• Proven ability to source and successfully fill multiple software engineering roles based in the U.S.

• Extensive experience in outbound recruitment, including cold emailing and cold calling.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools as part of daily sourcing activities.

• Willingness to commit to a six-day work week with late working hours in India that align with U.S. business hours.

• A consistent and stable employment record; frequent unexplained job gaps will not be acceptable.

• Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing platforms like Juicebox or MetaView is preferred.

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, hireEZ, SeekOut, GitHub/Octohunt, or Wellfound is preferred.
