This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead comprehensive searches for R&D and technical positions from initial intake to offer acceptance.
• Provide a diverse, thoroughly vetted list of candidates within established timelines.
• Oversee priority requisitions and ensure candidates progress within hiring service level agreements (SLAs).
• Source candidates, assess applicants, conduct interviews, and organize interview schedules.
• Keep Greenhouse data accurate and up-to-date.
• Counsel Hiring Managers on search strategies and role leveling utilizing market insights, pipeline analytics, and compensation benchmarks.
• Develop advisory relationships with Business Unit leaders and synchronize stakeholder hiring plans.
• Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to convert approved headcount into recruiting strategies while identifying risks and suggesting solutions.
• Implement competency-driven hiring through Greenhouse scorecards, interviewer kick-offs, and structured debrief sessions.
• Apply DEI sourcing methods to enhance representation and improve hiring quality.
• Evaluate funnel metrics using Greenhouse and Gem.
• Provide recruiting insights to stakeholders and enhance processes through cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects.
• Contribute to interviewer training and candidate-experience NPS initiatives.
• Report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and work directly with R&D leadership.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting within high-growth technology sectors.
• Proven success in filling senior engineering individual contributor and first-line manager positions.
• Proficiency in managing a full desk of concurrent requisitions while adhering to SLAs and maintaining quality standards.
• Experience in converting funnel and compensation data into actionable hiring recommendations.
• Practical knowledge of structured interviewing and applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows, including scorecards, reporting, and scheduling.
• Demonstrable results from DEI sourcing and equitable assessment practices.
• Strong written communication skills and experience facilitating kick-off meetings, debriefs, and pipeline reviews.
• Ability to engage in straightforward yet respectful conversations with Hiring Managers regarding candidates, leveling, and processes.
• Experience in a remote-first, rapidly evolving environment.
• Background in mentoring colleagues and enhancing processes.
• Experience with competency-based hiring (preferred).
• Familiarity with using AI for process enhancements (preferred).
• Experience with Greenhouse (preferred).
