Senior Technical Recruiter – PST Timezone Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering and product hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of hiring objectives and develop scalable recruitment strategies.

• Take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to finalizing offers.

• Establish and maintain talent pipelines for essential positions.

• Actively seek out and engage with top-tier candidates.

• Assist hiring teams in navigating effective and inclusive interview processes.

• Ensure consistency and alignment throughout the entire hiring process.

• Deliver data-driven reports and insights regarding candidate pipelines and recruitment performance.

• Foster an exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagement.

• Contribute to the enhancement of processes and recruitment initiatives within a collaborative, remote team environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within high-growth, fast-paced settings.

• Proven track record of successfully hiring for engineering, product, and other technical positions across various levels.

• Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and close top talent across multiple countries and time zones.

• Extensive sourcing expertise using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and innovative outreach methods.

• Strong skills in influencing and managing stakeholders.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to manage several requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, asynchronous environment.

• Experience utilizing AI to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

• Familiarity with Ashby (ATS) or comparable recruitment systems is preferred.

• Understanding of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices is preferred.

• Previous experience supporting recruitment in a globally distributed organization is preferred.
