Technical Sourcer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of sourcing, outreach, and initial engagement with candidates for technical positions.

• Develop talent pipelines in areas such as AI/ML, full-stack, backend, infrastructure, and data engineering.

• Leverage AI tools like GrokBot to enhance the efficiency of sourcing and outreach processes.

• Maintain up-to-date candidate records, pipeline stages, and outreach activities within Ashby.

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to prioritize roles and define candidate profiles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in the field.

• Proven experience in sourcing technical talent across various engineering disciplines.

• Ability to quickly adapt and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing pipelines.

• Familiarity with Ashby or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Experience utilizing AI tools or automation to enhance recruiting processes.

• Willingness to experiment with new sourcing methods and iterate rapidly.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Required to specify if visa sponsorship is needed now or in the future.
