📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment process for key technical positions, especially in software engineering and platform development.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create strategic hiring plans informed by talent insights and market trends.

• Provide a genuine, transparent, and mission-driven experience for candidates.

• Actively develop talent pipelines targeting hard-to-find, highly skilled candidates in competitive markets.

• Leverage recruiting data and funnel metrics to enhance process efficiency and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.

• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices to help build diverse, high-performance teams.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the technology organization by representing Playlist at industry events and recruiting opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with People & Culture to ensure hiring objectives align with the overarching company priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, particularly in software or product-focused environments.

• Familiarity with programming languages, system architecture, and contemporary development workflows.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for challenging positions within fast-paced technology companies.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with Greenhouse is preferred.

• Capacity to convert recruiting data into actionable strategies.

• Skill in balancing strategic hiring objectives with an outstanding candidate experience.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to guide and influence stakeholders with consideration and care.

• A strong commitment to building diverse teams and promoting equity throughout the recruitment process.
