Junior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and various other channels.

• Oversee all phases of the recruitment process while comprehending the organization's hiring requirements.

• Monitor the progress of ongoing searches and submit relevant updates to the appropriate platforms for various job roles.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp team requirements and streamline candidate lifecycle activities.

• Organize and conduct interviews.

• Upload interview evaluations to management systems.

• Engage in feedback discussions with hiring managers.

• Supervise and address challenges within the recruitment and selection process.

• Report on key indicators related to the recruitment selection process.

• Handle the company registration of the chosen candidate.

• Ensure that positions are filled within established timelines.

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred.

• At least one year of direct experience in recruiting, managing all aspects of the process.

• Proactive sourcing strategies and significant initiative.
