Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting cycle, from initial meetings to the development of sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

• Collaborate with Human Resource Business Partners and Hiring Managers to design and implement detailed sourcing strategies.

• Ensure a robust stream of candidates that align with the hiring team's expectations.

• Utilize market insights and the employee value proposition to attract passive candidates.

• Establish pipelines for future candidates.

• Foster positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.

• Assess human capital requirements in partnership with hiring managers and business leaders.

• Conduct recruitment for engineering roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting for engineering roles.

• Acceptable equivalent combinations of education, training, or experience will be considered.

• Extensive knowledge of engaging and recruiting passive candidates.

• Capacity to develop and sustain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and continuous relationship management.

• Strong grasp of behavioral interviewing best practices.

• Ability to collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to assess human capital needs.

• Expert understanding of all components of full lifecycle recruiting, which includes sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.

• Familiarity with leading search methodologies.

• Well-connected and knowledgeable in recruiting practices.
