Technical Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of top-of-funnel sourcing for software engineering positions, including backend, frontend, autonomy, and forward-deployed roles.

• Analyze GitHub profiles and create outreach messages for engineers to respond to.

• Develop search strategies that yield candidates beyond the obvious choices.

• Assume responsibility for requisitions and hiring outcomes from the outset.

• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment in the recruitment process.

• Transition within the first year to sourcing roles related to aircraft, including propulsion, structures, avionics, manufacturing, and production.

• Quickly learn about unfamiliar roles and support recruiting as a crucial pathway to the company’s aircraft and software development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruiting, primarily within software engineering.

• A successful hire that you are proud of, someone who was not easily discoverable, and the ability to explain precisely how you identified them.

• Strong resilience in the face of silence and unanswered outreach efforts.

• Genuine curiosity about the aircraft manufacturing process, or a candid interest in it and a desire to be involved.

• Communication skills that reflect a human touch.

• Organized data management practices.

• Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents of the U.S., protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to secure necessary authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

• Must comply with citizenship requirements to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
