Senior IT Recruiter, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with managers and the managing director to execute current projects and assist the expanding customer base.

• Explore strategies to retain current customers and attract new clients in the French, UK/US, and Spanish markets.

• Create, modify, or enhance job descriptions for clients.

• Utilize various channels to identify, source, and engage top-tier talent for client roles.

• Facilitate the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing candidates, managing job postings, screening applicants, and negotiating salaries.

• Foster client relationships by addressing day-to-day requirements.

• Report directly to the managing director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educated to degree level, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role within IT Recruitment Businesses or IT Professional Services.

• Proven experience in recruiting for both contract and permanent roles.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Proficiency in French and English is essential.

• Strong Boolean search capabilities.

• A demonstrable history of achieving targets and delivering successful, profitable outcomes as an experienced Recruitment Consultant.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Enthusiastic and confident in communicating with senior management across all levels.

• Strong work ethic.

• Must reside within one hour’s time zone of Switzerland (CEST +/- 1).
