Senior Technical Sourcer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with top-tier engineering talent.

• Manage the initial phase of the recruitment process for intricate and challenging technical roles, with a focus on Autonomy, Machine Learning, and Executive hiring.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Senior Recruiting Manager.

• Perform market analysis.

• Implement targeted outreach campaigns.

• Align exceptional talent with engineering teams.

• Utilize Findem, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels to source passive candidates.

• Create outreach messages and sustain an active pipeline.

• Participate in intake meetings and assist in calibrating job requirements.

• Offer market insights regarding talent availability and compensation trends.

• Conduct initial technical screenings.

• Provide candidate hand-offs to recruiters with comprehensive screening notes.

• Ensure data hygiene in the ATS.

• Monitor pipeline conversion metrics and enhance outreach performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of technical sourcing experience.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong technical proficiency.

• Preferred familiarity with Machine Learning, Autonomous Vehicles, or complex hardware/software systems.

• Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary AI-driven sourcing platforms like Findem.

• Capability to utilize AI tools and automation to improve sourcing efficiency and personalize outreach.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven history of delivering a high-touch, candidate-focused experience.

• Ability to assess technical scope and candidate motivations in a fluid, conversational screening without adhering to rigid scripts.
