Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for all R&D teams, regardless of level and complexity.

• Develop proactive talent pipelines for specialized technical positions prior to the opening of requisitions.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Finance regarding headcount, prioritization, and market trends.

• Utilize AI-driven sourcing and workflow tools while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Monitor recruiting KPIs, identify potential risks early on, and enhance hiring strategies based on data analysis.

• Facilitate interview loops, debrief sessions, and the closing of candidates.

• Mentor junior recruiters to elevate the overall recruiting standards of the team.

• Optimize recruiting processes and tools to ensure scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.

• Demonstrated success in independently closing complex, senior, or niche positions.

• Hands-on experience with Ashby is essential.

• Proven expertise in recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Platform Engineering.

• Proficiency with contemporary sourcing platforms and AI tools.

• A test-and-learn approach to enhancing sourcing and workflow tools.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and assess hiring criteria effectively.

• Capability to challenge hiring decisions when necessary.

• Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.

• Competence in managing multiple complex searches concurrently.

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
