Technical Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Implement and maintain digital solutions across hospital systems.

• Lead the technical execution of Intuitive’s digital solutions within regional Integrated Delivery Networks and hospitals, from pre-sales readiness to activation and ongoing sustainability.

• Collaborate with capital teams and Digital Sales Representatives to foster relationships with regional IDNs and hospital IT and digital stakeholders.

• Assist in pre-sales strategy by delivering technical clarity.

• Participate in customer technical review boards, data and AI governance, and networking teams.

• Provide technical product overviews, data flow diagrams, and network topology diagrams.

• Create and uphold standardized implementation processes.

• Prepare Field Service teams and partner functions for successful deployment through documentation, validated configurations, and effective communication.

• Support the adoption of digital solutions post-go-live and encourage customer utilization.

• Synthesize insights from the field and customer feedback to shape product roadmap direction.

• Engage in continuous learning and share best practices with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital roles within healthcare.

• Profound understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure.

• Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Comfortable working with a flexible and dynamic schedule.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Ability to access surgical and other patient care areas.

• May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19.

• Some positions may be subject to U.S. export controls, export licensing, or a Technology Control Plan.
