Integration Engineer – AMER

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to identify their technical integration requirements and guide them throughout the integration journey.

• Offer expert advice on how to integrate with Constructor's APIs and leverage open-source libraries effectively.

• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and integration challenges in collaboration with Customer Success teams.

• Ensure the proper configuration of customer product catalogs, which includes uploading catalog information, setting up facets, search functionalities, sort orders, and fetching results.

• Serve as a bridge between clients and other technical personnel, responding promptly to questions with clear and concise explanations.

• Maintain documentation of client interactions, frequently encountered issues, and their corresponding solutions.

• Enhance integration documentation and streamline the customer onboarding experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer support or technical support positions.

• Understanding of RESTful web services, APIs, and best practices for integration.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong dedication to providing outstanding customer support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with a proactive stance on resolving issues.

• Availability to assist customers and team members between 5am and 1pm UTC (9am to 5pm Armenia time).

• Familiarity with structured data formats (e.g., JSON, CSV) and fundamental search/indexing principles.

• Knowledge of debugging tools such as browser developer tools, API clients (like Postman), or log files.

• Awareness of A/B testing, server-side and client-side contexts, network request routing, and HTTP protocols.

• Experience with open-source libraries, JavaScript web application development, and integration methodologies.
