📋 Description

• Act as a post-sales technical expert for intricate product integrations, which include enterprise IAM, workplace integrations, and custom APIs.

• Lead technical engagements with customers, conduct discovery sessions, provide best-practice consulting, and configure hands-on technical workflows.

• Work in partnership with the Product team to identify technical challenges and remain updated on product functionalities.

• Allow the Technical Support team to concentrate on break/fix issues by designing and implementing configurations with customers in advance.

• Implement solutions discussed during pre-sales conversations.

• Convert technical insights and unique solutions into documentation, playbooks, tools, or enablement materials.

• Offer technical advice and configuration assistance throughout the implementation phase and during post-live optimization.

• Assist in broadening customer offerings and generating new revenue streams for Professional Services.

• Collaborate with implementation teams and customer success initiatives.

• Document and replicate custom solutions for additional customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A technical generalist capable of deeply engaging with M365 and Google Workspace configurations as well as API-driven custom integrations.

• Previous experience in roles such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Technical Implementation Specialist, or Product Manager with a complex SaaS product.

• Ability to articulate complex concepts to Talent Acquisition stakeholders, technical administrators, and executive decision-makers.

• Comfortable with live interactions with customers and solving problems in real-time.

• Resourceful and self-motivated in unclear and evolving areas.

• Ability to work across various feature sets rather than being confined to a specific technical area.

• Experience with integrating tools mentioned in Ashby’s Integrations knowledge base.

• Technical certifications relevant to identity, workplace platforms, or integrations should be addressed in the application form.
