This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert technical strategies and implementation plans into comprehensive solution designs for data conversion and integration.
• Design, develop, and deploy integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and federal systems utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud and web services.
• Manage the data conversion lifecycle from legacy systems to Fusion, including mapping, loading, validation, reconciliation, mock conversions, and cutover processes.
• Oversee technical developers, delegate tasks, eliminate obstacles, review outputs, and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Conduct advanced development utilizing SQL, PL/SQL, interface components, and sophisticated data extraction techniques.
• Set up and manage OCI/PaaS environments, which encompass OIC, ATP, VBCS, and APEX.
• Manage compartments, users, IAM policies, and platform resources effectively.
• Collaborate with functional leaders on technical design and field-level mappings.
• Ensure that technical elements comply with FedRAMP, agency security, and ATO requirements.
• Monitor progress of workstreams, identify risks and technical issues; propose solutions and communicate status updates.
• Offer technical estimates and solution insights for change requests and task orders.
• Conduct system integration testing, assist with UAT, facilitate mock conversions, and lead cutover activities.
• Create and maintain documentation for technical design, interfaces, conversions, and environment architecture.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 10 years of relevant experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• More than 10 years of experience in architecting and delivering Oracle ERP or Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Experience with multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering Oracle Cloud implementations to production as the designated solution architect.
• Strong understanding of the Oracle Cloud data model.
• Advanced skills in SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Practical experience with Oracle PaaS (OIC, ATP, VBCS, APEX).
• Experience leading data conversion projects, including mapping, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience administering OCI, including managing compartments, IAM policies, and instance provisioning.
• Proven ability to lead technical development teams.
• Previous experience delivering on U.S. federal programs.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP and federal security requirements.
