📋 Description

• Convert intricate customer requirements into robust, scalable, and easily adoptable technical solutions.

• Lead the architecture of enterprise-level systems that align with customer expectations and the best practices of the Sitetracker platform.

• Manage solutions from the initial concept through to go-live and beyond.

• Influence strategic technical direction and enhance the quality of organizational delivery.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and conduct multi-day workshops with customers.

• Assess implementation builds and offer technical guidance to delivery teams.

• Communicate design decisions and finalized system builds to executive leadership.

• Serve as a technical authority across multiple parallel projects.

• Create multi-system technical solutions tailored for enterprise clients.

• Develop reusable patterns and best practices for delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Design solution architecture for at least one comprehensive Salesforce implementation.

• Document designs using detailed diagrams and technical specifications.

• Decompose complex requirements into manageable system components.

• Architect solutions that span multiple systems or enterprise-level solutions across various business units.

• Lead customer discovery sessions and accurately document business requirements.

• Validate requirements against platform capabilities, identifying any gaps or risks.

• Independently facilitate multi-day workshops with senior stakeholders.

• Review build work for consistency with solution designs.

• Provide guidance on builds and address complex technical inquiries.

• Document best-practice configuration methodologies.

• Introduce reusable frameworks or technical standards.

• Present solution designs to business, technical, and executive stakeholders.

• Clearly explain trade-offs and platform limitations in accessible language.

• Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
