Data Solutions Manager – Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to the project management and account teams.

• Convert client specifications into technical briefs.

• Establish timelines, next actions, and status updates.

• Manage workload priorities across various accounts.

• Collect requirements and feedback during alignment meetings.

• Proactively identify technical issues and areas for improvement.

• Document and communicate technical advancements and processes.

• Facilitate data integration into models through API bridges, templates, and automated or scheduled reporting systems.

• Create and validate KPI solutions while conducting regression testing.

• Ensure the integrity and quality of dashboard data.

• Investigate media platform data and provide insights to Business Intelligence teams.

• Design dashboard wireframes and brief Business Intelligence teams accordingly.

• Collaborate with Data Governance on quality assurance for dashboard briefings.

• Supervise dashboard functionality and data quality testing.

• Diagnose and rectify dashboard errors.

• Oversee data transfers to non-Publicis users while complying with security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of four years' experience in a data, development, or operations position.

• Proficient in data and BI technologies, or possess a strong technical affinity with tools such as Power BI, Datorama, Looker Studio, SQL, or similar.

• Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.

• Well-developed communication skills.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Self-driven and enthusiastic about new technologies and processes.

• Strong collaborator and team player.

• Passionate about the advertising and marketing sector.

• Familiarity with Databricks or comparable tools.

• Previous experience in the advertising or marketing industry.
