Technical Solution Architect – Dynamics 365, Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Shape the technical vision for large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives.

• Lead architectural efforts within intricate enterprise settings.

• Collaborate directly with CIOs, CTOs, program leaders, and senior business stakeholders.

• Address challenges related to integration, scalability, security, and platform design.

• Establish reusable architecture patterns, standards, and governance methodologies.

• Influence Codec's technical direction regarding Microsoft technologies.

• Oversee technical architecture for Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.

• Design comprehensive solution architectures and strategies for enterprise integration.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions, workshops, and architecture evaluations.

• Define integrations, data architecture, security models, workflows, and strategies for environments.

• Guide technical decision-making and discussions on architectural trade-offs.

• Implement approaches for DevOps, ALM, and release management.

• Ensure that security, resilience, performance, scalability, and availability requirements are fulfilled.

• Provide technical assurance and governance for architectural aspects across programs.

• Develop technical roadmaps and advise clients on licensing, cost optimization, disaster recovery, and future-state architecture.

• Advocate for reusable assets, patterns, and Microsoft best practices.

• Mentor consultants and senior technical professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing and delivering complex Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.

• Background operating at the Senior Technical Consultant, Principal Consultant, Technical Architect, or Solution Architect level.

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Dataverse.

• Experience in designing enterprise integrations, APIs, and data solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of Azure architecture.

• Familiarity with DevOps, ALM, and environment management strategies.

• Understanding of architecture governance, design authorities, and technical assurance processes.

• Solid grasp of security, scalability, performance, and resilience principles.

• Proven experience in delivering solutions across large and complex programs.

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation abilities.

• Experience in mentoring and fostering the development of technical professionals.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
