Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Strategically collaborate with Account Executives to improve the technical facets of the sales process.

• Engage directly with technical contacts from both current and potential customers.

• Deliver customized technical support and design solutions.

• Develop technical demonstrations that effectively convey the product's value proposition.

• Produce technical enablement materials for the sales team.

• Create self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions on their own.

• Identify opportunities to standardize common integration patterns or features as products.

• Collaborate with product teams to execute productized integration patterns and features.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for AI, technology, and the products offered by ElevenLabs.

• A desire to work closely with customers, iterating on solutions and offering personalized support.

• An aptitude for recognizing patterns that can be standardized and scaled.

• A high level of empathy for customers, sales teams, and product teams.

• A solid technical foundation for designing integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing customer systems.

• Experience in customer interaction; involvement in student clubs or side projects is acceptable.

• Proficiency in Python programming.

• A comprehensive understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.

• Must be a resident of Greece.

• Willingness to travel regularly for customer onsite engagements.
