Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a motivated team to maximize the capabilities of ElevenLabs' voice AI platform for enterprise clients

• Efficiently scale technical solutions across a diverse range of enterprise customers

• Work strategically with Account Executives to improve the technical components of the sales process

• Engage directly with technical representatives at current and potential clients to offer personalized support and design solutions

• Develop technical demonstrations that effectively convey the value proposition of the product

• Generate technical enablement resources for the sales team

• Create self-service tools and documentation to empower customers to implement solutions independently

• Recognize common integration patterns or features suitable for productization and collaborate with product teams for implementation

• Strong enthusiasm for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs offerings

• Enjoy engaging directly with clients, refining solutions, and delivering customized support

• Capability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled

• Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams

• Solid technical background to design integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing client systems

• Experience interacting with customers; participation in student clubs or personal projects is acceptable

• Proficiency in Python

• Comprehensive understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences

• Fluency in both English and Spanish

• In-depth awareness of regional and cultural nuances

• Located in Mexico; preference given to candidates in Mexico City

• Willingness to travel regularly for customer on-site visits
