This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Conduct discovery sessions to analyze customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational challenges, business drivers, and success criteria.
• Create and present customized demonstrations linked to actual customer use cases.
• Oversee technical evaluations and proof of concepts (POCs) from initial scope to final validation.
• Assist with hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Collaborate with customers on logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security scenarios.
• Articulate Coralogix’s architecture, differentiation, and value propositions to both technical and executive audiences.
• Identify technical risks, eliminate obstacles, and guide customers toward making informed technical decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to relay field feedback and enhance sales execution.
• Serve as the technical lead during customer evaluations, assisting customers with deployment, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and validation of Coralogix.
• A minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing technical position such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.
• Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration tasks.
• Comprehensive understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience in leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Capability to engage credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams.
• Confidence in interacting with executives and translating technical benefits into business impacts.
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and contemporary infrastructure.
• Proficiency in coding or scripting with languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, ownership mentality, follow-through, and commercial acumen.
• Technical expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Docker, APM, distributed tracing, log analytics, telemetry pipelines, SIEM, security monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, RUM, Terraform, Helm, deployment automation, CI/CD workflows, application instrumentation, and debugging.
• Must reside within the US Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT).
