Enterprise Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Maximize the capabilities of ElevenLabs' voice AI platform for enterprise clients.

• Efficiently scale technical solutions across a wide range of enterprise customers.

• Enhance internal processes and provide support to sales teams.

• Collaborate with Account Executives on the technical dimensions of the sales process.

• Engage with technical contacts at clients and prospects to deliver customized support and design solutions.

• Develop technical demonstrations that convey the product's value proposition.

• Create technical enablement materials for the sales team.

• Build self-service tools and documentation to facilitate independent customer implementation.

• Identify common integration patterns or features suitable for productization.

• Collaborate with product teams to execute productized integrations and features.

• Travel frequently to client sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for AI, technology, and the products offered by ElevenLabs.

• Enjoyment in direct customer interaction, iterating on solutions, and providing customized support.

• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled effectively.

• Strong empathy towards customers, sales, and product teams.

• Robust technical background for designing integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing client systems.

• Experience in customer interactions, including through student organizations or personal projects.

• Proficiency in Python programming.

• Comprehensive understanding of software development, software architecture, and prevalent integration patterns.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to adapt messages for various audiences.

• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

• In-depth knowledge of regional and cultural subtleties.

• The ideal candidate should preferably reside in São Paulo, Brazil.

• Must be based in Brazil.
